Ultimate Bet-OLD: Tournament and SnG fees included

Prior to its merge on CEREUS Network tournament fees were not included in the Ultimate Bet rakeback. It has now been confirmed that starting January 1, 2009 all tournament and SnG fees will be included which means that for the first time players will be paid Ultimate Bet tournament RB.
